Shipping

We currently only deliver within Sweden.

Once the package has left our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to your email address so that you can track your order. If your package is sent to a delivery point, you must collect your order within the time specified in the delivery notification sent to you. If you are unable to collect the parcel within the specified time, it will be returned to us at your expense.

Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your parcel. All products must be returned in their original condition. We will not accept returns of products that have been used. If you are returning a product, please put the product in its original packaging before sending it back to us. If you don't, we may not be able to accept your return.

We will refund your return within 14 working days of receiving it in stock to the same card/account you used to place your order. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded. To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps

1 . Contact us at info@edenraystockholm.com with your request. Please include your order number so we can identify your order. We will assist you with your return label once your request has been processed.

2. Return the products in their original packaging.

3. Attach the returns label to the top of the package.

4. Send your return within 7 days of receiving your return label (as the return label may expire after this time).

5. Drop the package off at your nearest delivery point.

6. When sending your return, please ensure that the package is securely sealed to prevent damage.

If you wish to exchange an item for another, please return it and place a new order.

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please contact info@edenraystockholm.com with your order number and photographs showing the damage.
