Shipping
We currently deliver only within Sweden.
Once the package has left our warehouse, we will send a tracking number to your email address so that you can track your order. If your package is sent to a pickup location, you must collect your order within the time specified in the delivery notification sent to you. If you are unable to pick up the package within the specified time, it will be returned to us at your expense.
Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your package. All products must be returned in their original condition. We do not accept returns of used products. If you are returning a product, please place it back in its original packaging before sending it back to us. If you do not do this, we may not be able to accept your return.
We will refund your return within 14 business days after we receive it in stock to the same card/account you used to place your order. Please note that the original delivery fee will not be refunded. To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@edenraystockholm.com with your request. Please provide your order number so we can identify your order. We will assist you with a return label once your request has been processed.
- Return the products in their original packaging.
- Attach the return label on top of the package.
- Send your return within 7 days after receiving your return label (as the return label may expire after this time).
- Drop off the package at the nearest pickup location.
- When sending your return, ensure that the package is properly sealed to prevent damage.
If you would like to exchange an item for another, please return it and place a new order.
Complaints
If you believe your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact info@edenraystockholm.com with your order number and photographs showing the damage.
